Chargebacks

Read on to understand our chargeback policies

Updated over a week ago

A chargeback is the demand by a credit-card provider for a retailer to make good the loss on a fraudulent or disputed transaction. In most cases, for TopTier, the trader has disputed the transaction due to loss of account, or other reasons. A very small percentage of cases are due to fraudulent activity.

Filing a chargeback goes against TopTier’s policies and procedures and will result in an immediate ban from services.
