There are a lot of people out there who wish to take advantage of you and your trading journey. Safety and security are our top priorities. In today's interconnected world, it's vital to exercise caution when sharing your email address, as scammers exploit various platforms, including Discord, social media, and giveaways, for fraudulent purposes. While TopTier Trader is always working to maintain the absolute most robust security measures, it's crucial for everyone to take proactive steps to protect personal information as we cannot always stop every scammer.

What are some examples of Scams?

Spoof/Phishing Emails or Discord DMs Scam:

Scammers can and will create lookalike Simulated Trader programs, complete with professional-looking emails, websites, banners and pop-ups.

Account Passing/Management Services Scam:

One of the most prevalent scams is the promise of guaranteed passing or unrealistic simulated profits without risk.

So how do you prevent being taken advantage of?

  • Verify the legitimacy of the program by checking for the origin of the sender and if unsure, please contact us immediately via Live Support Chat.

  • If you receive any emails that are not from our email domain (TopTierTrader.com), please do not engage with the sender.

  • The only way to acquire an account with TopTier Trader is through a direct purchase from our website, or by being a Competition Prize Winner.

  • You will never be asked to send us any form of payment outside of our website.

  • Be cautious of programs or individuals making extravagant promises, and approach such claims with skepticism. Examples include but are not limited to Account Passing and/or Account Management services.

    • Please note if it is determined you have engaged in these types of programs, the account will immediately be breached and you will not be refunded any fees.
