Refund Eligibility Criteria

At TopTier Trader, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review the scenarios below to understand when refunds can and cannot be issued:

Account purchased and not traded within 14 days

✅ Yes

Refunds are issued if no trades were placed and the request is made within 14 days.

Account where a trade has been placed

❌ No

Once a trade is executed, the account becomes active and is no longer eligible.

Account disabled due to inactivity

❌ No

Accounts that remain inactive (no trades placed) for 60 consecutive days are disabled and not eligible for a refund.


⏳ Inactivity Policy

Accounts that have no trading activity for 60 days are automatically disabled due to inactivity.

  • This applies even if no trades were ever placed.

  • No refunds will be issued once an account is disabled for this reason.

If you believe your account qualifies for a refund under these guidelines, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used during purchase
