To request a payout, you must:
Meet your challenge type’s specific payout rules (listed below).
Submit the request via your trader dashboard.
Have no open trades when submitting the request.

Payouts are typically processed within 1 business day after:

🔄 Updating Your Payout Address
To maintain account security, any payout address update (for both crypto and Rise) will take 24 hours to take effect after submission. This prevents unauthorized changes to your payout information.
To update your payout address:
Make your desired changes
The new address will become active after 24 hours

🌐 Region Restrictions for Rise
As of November 15th, Rise is not supported in the following US regions:
Iowa (IA)
Louisiana (LA)
Minnesota (MN)
South Carolina (SC)
Vermont (VT)
Washington (WA)
Puerto Rico (PR)
Guam (GU)
💡 If you're located in one of these areas, you can still use BTC or USDT payouts.

You are responsible for any transaction fees related to your payout.
Payouts will only be sent to accounts that have completed KYC verification via Sumsub.
Breach = No Payout: If your account breaches any rules (regardless of profits), you will not be eligible for payout.
