Payout Processing FAQ
We prioritize providing efficient payout services to all our valued customers. However, please be aware that certain factors may delay payout processing. These are not limited to:
Risk Management Violations: We are committed to upholding rigorous risk management standards to safeguard our platform and users. Instances of risk management violations may necessitate additional review, which could result in delayed payouts.
Failure to Provide a Valid Payout Destination: To ensure the security and accuracy of transactions, it's essential to provide a valid and verified payout destination. Failure to do so may lead to delays in processing until the necessary information is provided and verified.
Failure to Accept Your TopTier Trader Rise Invitation and Contract Signing: You are required to accept both your TopTier Trader Rise invited and sign your TopTier contract, as well as completing and being approved for KYC prior to any payout processing.
Please Note: All payout requests submitted before 4 PM EST will be processed on the next business day (within 24 hours). Please note that payouts are only processed on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Any requests made on weekends or holidays will be treated as requested on the next business day.
We understand the importance of timely payouts and apologize for any inconvenience caused by these measures. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to resolving any issues promptly to ensure a smooth payout experience for you.

Effective November 15th, we will no longer be able to send payouts to residents in the below regions via Rise:

Guam (GU)
