In order to pass the Tier 1 stage of the TopTier Challenge Plus, you need to have met the below conditions:
Made 8% of the initial virtual balance
Traded a minimum of 4 sim days
Not violated either the daily or max virtual drawdown rule
If the above conditions have been met you will then be able to advance to the Tier 2 stage. Tier 2 credentials are automatically sent via email within 36 - 48 hours.
