Restricted Countries

Learn which countries are restricted from using TopTier Trader due to sanctions or compliance issues.

To comply with international sanctions and uphold regulatory standards, TopTier Trader restricts access to users from specific regions. Engaging in trading activities from these countries may result in a breach of our terms and loss of profits.


🚫 OFAC-Sanctioned Countries

Traders from the following countries are prohibited under OFAC regulations:

  • Afghanistan

  • Belarus

  • Burma

  • Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast)

  • Cuba

  • Democratic Republic of the Congo

  • Iran

  • Iraq

  • Lebanon

  • Libya

  • Mali

  • North Korea

  • Russia

  • Somalia

  • Sudan

  • Syria

  • Venezuela

  • Yemen


❌ Additional Restricted Countries

TopTier Trader will not provide services to residents of the countries below:

As of February 12, 2024:

  • Vietnam

  • Egypt

  • Pakistan

  • Germany

  • India

  • Turkey

  • Romania

  • Kenya

  • Czech Republic

As of August 22, 2024:

  • Nigeria

  • Ethiopia


⚠️ Why Are These Restrictions in Place?

These measures are based on:

  • International regulations and sanctions

  • Internal security assessments

  • Detection of irregular or high-risk trading activity from these jurisdictions

Any attempt to bypass these restrictions will result in:

  • Immediate account breach

  • Forfeiture of profits

  • Permanent ban from the platform


🔁 Will Access Be Restored in the Future?

We may consider reintroducing services to some of the restricted countries at a later time—pending further review, compliance checks, and regulatory approval.
